This may sound silly but has anyone experience a burning like sensation in ears and like an itchy face feeling in a 2019 RX450h? My wife and I both do while in ours? We just bought it with 28k miles. Could it be something with the car or an allergic reaction to something in the car? Any advice would be helpful!
