THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE DRIVESHAFT AND NOW THEY HAVE COME UP WITH A FIX BUT IT IS DONE BY A TECHNICIAN NOT ANY NEW PART. AT MY DEALER A CERTAIN TECH POLISHES THE SPLINES ALONG WITH MANY OTHER THINGS AND IT HAS FIXED EVERY REPEAT VEHICLE THAT HAS COME TROUGH EXCEPT ONE AND NOW THAT ONE SEEMS TO BE FIXED.

Is there a new technical service bulletin we can reference for this new fix? I have my car scheduled to go in for the "thump" in a couple weeks.

I can't find a way to have the DVD rear entertainment system play through the car speakers instead of through the wireless headphones.  Can this be done?  The DVD is the Lexus OEM system.

press the CD button til you see AUX and it will play the DVD sound through the speakers.
