I would like to know too. I have the same exacr problem with my 2002 LX470. Just recenetly, when I drive and lock the car, the lock opens again. when I leave the car locked, it will re open by itself. also my alam when I set it, I do not get the flashing lights with horn sound also, just the horn shound.

My 2002 LX470 alam still working fine, but just recently when I press the button on the key, it does lock/unlock the car correctly, but there is no more light flashing in my car when I do that, the sound still exist.

Any clue why this light affect gone...

My sister in law had the 2000 LX 470 gold/lite brown color that paint was fading. The dealer to dealer told them there was a recall on this and they did re paint the whole car for free for her.

Check again with your dealer...

My 2002 LX470 antenna stopped going up and down, but the motor still making the noise. I did follow some of suggestion here, and I pulled the mast of the antenna, and it came out easy, but the toothed plastic part stayed inside the body of the motor, it did not get pulled with the rod. How can I get that piece out to put new mast?

Do I have to open the whole antenna compartment by the tire and get it all out and do this?

I have 2002 LX470 with Nav system. My brother just purchased the new 2006 GX with Nav System too. His nav system is so cool, I wanted to know if I can use it to update mine. Any suggestion, ideas....
