Wheel Painted Inserts in 16 - 18 Lexus RX350 / RX450h Posted May 4, 2018 Rx 450h popped out the inserts from the inside, got them painted by my body guy, and popped them back in. Just be careful, cause one of the metal clips separated from the insert. I will follow up with pics.
