Does same key work in the boot to open?

AWD has same size rims and tyres all around. I believe 235/40/18 will fit ok and Rims can be 18x8 +45mm
Standard tyres are 225/40/17. 235's above are 10mm overall taller. Speedo will be ~1.5% out in your favour as speedo normally reads faster than real speed.
Standard rims are 17x8 +45mm.

Been on for over a year now. Even wear across the tread. When it was aligned at fitment I opted for '0' toe.
Michelin's and toe seems to of done the trick

Why did you remove the doors?
Has it had an accident ?
(If so accelerometer, srs etc may all need resetting, changing)

Battery may not have enough voltage for higher watts.
Put a voltmeter on battery and try what you have been doing and record voltage.

Interior light draws little current.
Can you turn on headlights or heater fan?

Mine with ML (2011 IS350 F) (Oz model)
2 small holes either side of clock panel under GPS.
Insert the 2 screwdriver looking pin tools from the boot tool kit and press in to release spring clips and work until panel pops out.
Go to info button on side of GPS, maps, and there will be an eject button.
Remove Navi DVD. Replace with newer version.
Wait until it loads up. Test. Then replace clock panel.
I got my Oz DVD from this site.

An old post I know but some insight from me.
I had similar issues with inner tread wear on Vw R32 and an Audi S3.
It was :mainly" due to the camber settings (even when in spec.)
Fixed the issues on both vehicles by fitting Michelin PS3's. Both cars wore tyres to the limit pretty evenly.
I have just purchased an IS 350 F Sport (2012) fitted with Bridgestones Turanzas.
The dealer changed the front pair before I put my money doen as they had also worn the edges as noted earlier in this thread.
Today I swapped all the tyres out for Michelins PS4's (Similar and supercedes the PS3)
Time will tell if the issue shows itself on the car later.
The Michelins have a more closed edge with I believe a varying rubber compound across the tread..who knows :)

But the leds use a normal 12v switched source. You will need to check the the power into the HID ballast.
Maybe a check on the pins of the plugs from the loom with a voltmeter will give a clue as to if you can feed a relay from there to switch the leds on.
