The back hatch will not open or close with the assist. It will lock and unlock in both auto and manual. After two atempts to open there will be three beeps. The door will unlock then try to open then reset to close and lock position. I tried to reset the sequence by manually opening then closing the hatch and also switched the active and off switch in the glove box. None worked as of yet so if anyone can help me resolve this I won't have to purchase the wife a 2016 RX...Thanks
