I've read a number of posts about how to clean the IACV. After having problems stalling I took my 99 ES300 to my local shop. The mechanic called me and told me the IACV needed to ber replaced. I asked him if he tried cleaning it out first. He responded that they tried to clean it out, but it still didn't work. I'm thinking my mechanic might not be telling me the truth. What do you think?
