  1. today ,the blower at the car wash riped the grey panel off my 1991 es250, most of the pins that hold it in place broke off, and the piece that holds it on cracked, any idea how much it will cost, dont think u can get a new one for a 91 es250, can a body shop , retrack new pins to hold it on

  2. are you sure about the corosion, sanding the outside clean, alloy and alluminum are the same thing, i dont know , they look painted, but sanding down to the base will make it look clean, but will they corode , i dont know ,will they rust, i dont know, maby it will be ok , how much will a clear coat cost , im broke

  3. found out my car engine was smoking cause oil is leaking from this gasket and flowing down to the exaust pipe/ never ever did anything mechanical on a car before/ it looks like its just 6 bolts on top/looks real easy/ take old gasket out / put new gasket in / a bead of sealer / and thats it/ anything wierd about doing this for a 1st timer that i should know about / or is it a piece of cake . thanks friends :cheers:

    Is this a valve cover gasket or a head gasket what is this?

  4. i have 1991 es250 , i was almost out of oil and my engine was smoking, like almost on fire, in the back of the engine, so i put 2 quarts in, and still seems to be smoking from the back of my engine, dont think theres any spilled oil on the engine, the fluids are all ok, any ideas , is my car gona catch on fire , it smokes when i drive around the block

  5. my cars engine has a tap or a tick / had it since i baught it about 6 years ago . i would like to get it fixed / im guesing its a valve tap or oil lifters / i dont know much about cars / and im getting some income tax money back and would like to fix it, does anyone know what it is, and have a idea how much it cost to fix it :cheers:
