I believe the bulb is burned out. You'll have to remove the u shaped woodgrain panel below the radio with a screw driver. Once that's off there is a plug on the drivers side that twist fits into the gear shift unit. It's a number 74 bulb, very small and a bit tricky to get back in. Good luck.

On my 2003 300RX when I use the door remote, it only operates the rear doors and rear lift door. The same happens when I use the door lock/ unlock switch on either front doors. I thought it might be a fuse, but the fuse that is used for the front door locks also operates the windows. The windows work fine. Any thoughts???
