Here is a picture of the thick black wire that comes out of the JB #2

I am reassembling a RX400H after a front end collision and it has been a few months so I am having a hard time finding where two wires go. The first one is a thick black wire coming out of the fuse/relay box that is mounted on the driver side strut tower right next to the inverter. It looks like it is ENGINE ROOM WIRE NO.2 JB#2 is the one the wire is coming out of. It has a metal loop on the end of it with a boot on it. It looks like an alternator connector and wire. It is a powered wire. The second one is a small gauge black wire with a metal loop on it and it is wrapped in yellow wire loom and it is below and in front of the JB #2. Might be a ground to the inverter case. These two wires are holding me up from finishing the rebuild on this Lexus. I have been searching but have not been able to come up with the answer to this. I attached a picture to show the location of the two wires. Any help is greatly appreciated.
