I agree with you Jojo. The only challenge is being a nervous nellie concerning highway rocks, parking lots etc.. We have completed a couple of 500M round trips over the past month and the seat comfort and ride made the trip enjoyable. Rick

After 2600 miles, I am averaging 41-42 MPG for normal driving 30% highway 70% city, on highway trips mileage depends on the maintained speed 70+ is worse than 65. Best daily average 47.5 which is an outlier. Driving in ECO mode, AC on, concervative driving habits etc. Very satisified with the results. Rick

Resolved, it was the seat belt buckle. Something simple and silly. Rick

Question, On the way into work this morning I noticed a rattle that was noticeable above the radio level. At first I thought it was a window or door rattle but i noticed the passenger seat back was vibrating it seemed to pickup and amplify the road vibrations and apparently is the source for the rattle. I did a quick Google that did identify seat rattles a few years ago, but has anyone else notice this in the 2013 ES300H? With ownership less that 1 week I did call the dealer this morning so we will see what happens. Regards, Rick

About a week of owenership and I have averaged 39.5 +/- (Eco mode only with some careful driving no jack rabbit starts, stop light anticipation etc). Rick

Hello to the group! I have been reading the forum for the past few days and finally decided to post about our new ride. We purchased our first Lexus Wednesday June 19, an ES300H. The exterior is the nebula grey pearl and the interior is black leather. We had looked at the Lincoln and Avalon hybrids but what sold the Lexus was the ride and feel of the car. As opposed to the Lincoln, the car was not a mini-version of the original and retained the full size interior and comfort (in my opinion). Thus far the car has met or exceeded our expectations and our sales consultant was very nice and helpful. Photo attached. Rick
