  1. Could also mean the IAT is clogged. Clean it with a toothbrush.

    It was a detached blend door and it is very tricky to fix. To access it remove the panel below the glove box. With a small mirror you can watch the actuator move when you change the heat setting. Set the heat at about 75 degrees and you can grab the blend door arm with one finger, hold it in place with some up pressure. Decrease the temperature and the actuator paul will move into place should reseat.

    By the way, it took many many tries.
