Was getting 18-20 mpg with mixed driving 1999 RX300. Then dropped to 17.2 (ouch at the gas pump). Had a complete tuneup but mileage has not changed. Read somewhere there is a "memory" switch the dealer has to fix after a tuneup. Anyone know anything about this, or how to get better mileage? Thanks.
