I have only driven my truck about 500 miles, but have averaging 18 on the highway and 15 in mixed city/highway driving.

I should say that I loved ride, performance and value for the price. Certain things however made me not want to keep the car. The simple luxury items that should be standard with the luxury package - power trunk closure and auto fold mirrors should be available on the car. Closing the trunk, the thump reminded me of a car 1/2 the price of what the Lexus was. I just needed more creature comfort for my bad back and knees, the fit of my LS and LX really fit me well and both keep me draped in Luxury and performance as well. That is why I migrated to the vehicles that I have now.

Just wanted to say hello. I am a new member of this forum, but have had over the years, many Lexus automobiles, at the present time, I have a '13 LS460 F-sport and a '13 LX570 SUV. I hope to get to be an active member of the forum, being a long time admirer.

I may be called a car nut by some or an enthusiast by others, but in the past 6months, I have owned or leased several Lexus vehicles. I did not plan to do this, but I was just finding the right car for me. After having the GS 350 non-Fsport and the GS350 F-sport, I loved the handling of the GS, VERY COMFORTABLE AND AN EXCELLENT PERFORMER. Something was missing. I had to drive the regular and then the F-sport back to back, both excellent cars. The performance was there, but certain things kept eating at me. IMHO, the build and quality seemed not to be there. The new LS460 came out in late November and the F-sport version was available. I saw the car in the showroom in the middle of December and fell in love with the quality, build and ride of the car. I got it the next day. I have driven the car for about three weeks and am very impressed by the handling, and performance of the car. More to follow, of course.

Just wanted to post how much I like the 13 GS. I have a Liquid Platinum AWD for about a week and just love the drive. Put about five hundred miles and am getting about 24 mp of mixed highway city diving. Love the ride. The new nav and enform has gremlins and when these are fixed will be fantastic.
