  1. Ok here is the situation. I have a GS300 with some front end suspension issue's.

    The first issue is, when I drive there is a grinding like vibration on the right (front passenger side) however when I turn to the right the vibration goes away. I explianed this to a mechanic via telephone and his immediate answer was "My Hub Bearings" needed to be replaced. Does anyone have any idea if this is an easy task or does anyone have any photos or diagrams for the DIY guy.

    Second issue, When i go over a bump the ride is not smoothe it feels like metal to metal and I also hear a clanking sound. does this mean that my rubber bushings in the upper and lower control arms are warn? If so where can i pruchase them for reasonable price? I live in Philadelphia PA or Online purchase will do. Are they easy to replace? Do i need any special tools?

  3. Hey guys I am a newbie. I have a GS300 93' with 206K miles. I have two questions;

    1. When i have the fan on there interior smell like the is oil or some sort of fluid  burning.

    2. are the oxegyn sensors easy to replace or should i have a mechanic replace them

    search. it's been covered before,

    1)probably something under the hood is leaking

    2) yes easy

    OK i will check for the leak as for oxegyn sensor are there any diy pics availible?

  4. I purchased a GS 300 from my buddy. There seems to be a slight rubbing sensation when i am at certain speeds, when I turn to the right or go over a slight bump. I check the tires to see if they were rubbing against any thing but there was no sign of this. Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

    Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Also I saw a website with DIY photo's but it was for the LS models is there a website like this for GS's?
