Ok, I see the Nav system in the 05 s have all the missing streets that I don't have in my 04.

Is there an update yet or not?

I just went from Seattle to Houston and used the nav system the whole way.

I set the destination in and the system had no issues following it the whole way and no changes were needed.

I think the region setting is only to narrow down the street lists and POIs for you when you are searching for something.
