I agree. I do plan on doing any possible upgrades to improve performance in hp and handling in the near future on mine!

Congrats on the new vehicle! The power and space is a big change, but for better MPG it's worth it!

I drive at least 50 miles per day (only getting 21mpg on my 03' Acura TL Type-S and was going through toll way everyday so it totalled to around $6000 in gas and toll way per year for me). I filled up around twice per week at around $55 per fill up. I sold my TL Type-S and picked up a black CT200H (getting a lot more head turns now despite the smaller storage space) this past Friday. Now it's only around 1 fill up per week at around $30. The selling point for me was the amount of gas I would save or else I would not be buying this car at all because I'm power hungry and in need of space for golf clubs and guns. Until the Audi Q3 comes to the US or until I move closer into town, I will be driving this car with a big fat smile on my face and using Sport mode when ever I need a quick pick up. :P

That's badass. I would love to see how much gas mileage the car gets now.

I hear it too when I'm driving, but it's only noticeable if I have no music playing. I will let you know if it gets louder...

Have a new metallic red 2011 ct200h. It now has about 2500 miles on it. The inside passenger door handle falls apart when you pull the door closed. I'm sure the dealer will fix it, but it's a cheesy snap together design and a minor issue.
My main problem is the paint. Bird dirt eats through the clear coat like hot water on ice. The dealer says don't leave BD on the paint too long. An hour and a half while I'm in a movie is all it takes! I can't park in my own driveway! I had the dealer install IBIX paint protector ant when I bought it. Is it possible it softened the clear coat? The dealer tries to buff it out, but you can still see it. I called the Lexus main support and chat lines. They said it was not covered by the warranty and referred me back to the dealer.
I've had Jeeps, Volvos, Toyotas, Fords and Chevys parked under the same trees and birds for years with no similar problems.
Does the lemon law cover paint? I love the car but don't want to repaint it.
I'm concerned also because I just got a black CT200H and I've noticed the low quality in the paint job, but have not had any bird doo on my ride yet. I did not add the IBIX paint protector, so I will let you know if I encounter this problem. Let us know if the dealer says that this is covered under the lemon law or not!

Whoa! Amazing, that's a whole bunch of CT200H's!!!! I'm curious as to what mods were done to these CT200H's to increase performance and handling. I'm all in if these are available to the public!
