I have recently purchased an 2010 used HS250. I have noticed that when turning either right or left I fell what I would describe as a "THUNK" in the steering wheel. Does anyone else have the same experience or do I possibly have something wrong with my car?

I have recently purchased an 2010 used HS250. I have noticed that when turning either right or left I fell what I would describe as a "THUNK" in the steering wheel. Does anyone else have the same experience or do I possibly have something wrong with my car?
