Hello! I am a newcomer,I just bought a 95 SC400 85,000 miles a few months ago, was very happy with it as a Sunday best car, until last week! Problem: the car could not run more than 20 MPH; at park or neutral, the engine could not run more than 2000 RPM! Please help give me your advise what was wrong with it. I changed the fuel filter, but the car still works the same way! Thanks.
