2001 LX470

When letting the passenger window up, it will go all the way up but the come halfway down afterwards. Ive taken the window switch from the drivers side and tried on the passenger side and it will do the same thing.

Hopefully someone has seen this before and knows what the problem is.

Im looking for the hinges that screw in the floor for the third row seats for a 2001 lx470.

Im looking for a part for my third row seats. They were removed to put a woofer in the back. There's like a hinge that fits in the floor for the seats to clamp to when laid down. Having trouble trying to find these. Please help
