Are the wheels chrome?

The finish on our 2005 Es 330 is bubbling and flaking off. The dealer said there is no warranty coverage after four years. Has anyone else experienced this issue. The car is not driven for most of the winter.

No, the wheels are the standard 17" wheels. They come in a silver paint version and chrome is optional
