While at the dealership yesterday I had the GPS upgraded to a 2014 version as it was never upgraded, this made no difference.

Hello, my telephone icon has vanished from the info screen. I took it to the dealership yesterday and they are perplexed, said they contacted Lexus and an answer is 2-3 weeks out. Their IT guru thinks my screen could be the culprit, they are $2,000.00 and not a guaranteed fix. I bought the 06-400h new and used this std feature for years. Any ideas?

I tried to access the old GPS tread but its locked up. I own a 2006-400h and would love the instructions to update the GPS (never done) and what webiste you utilize to purchase and download the update. I tried on several website over the weekend and managed to screw up my computer with Malware.

I downloaded a copy of the v7.1 update for my 2006 400h gps. I burned it on a double layer DVD but I now don't have any idea what to do with the disk. Where do I install it in the car?
