BEWARE....I purchased winter tires w/rims from Tire Rack with TPMS (storing in my garage so I can change myself) only to find out the 2010 RX can only store 1 set of codes, (my 2006 could store 2 sets).
So my alternative is to pay the Dealer $90 every spring & fall to change the codes!!!
I am bringing it in for it's first 8000k oil change, and I will ask how I can disable the scensors completely.
If this turns out to be true with no fix by Lexus then the alternative is to buy the ATEQ TPM Quickset Reset Tool from Tire Rack and do it yourself-$135.
Dealer said they can not disable...but I will checkout the reset tool from Tire Rack, beats $180/yr at the dealer...thanks for the info.
