This has to be done by the dealer. We had the chime disabled when we bought the car.

Tommy- Is your RX350 a 2010 model? My dealership's service department says the chime can't be disabled on the 2010 models. Would be nice to go back and tell them that it can be done...

I just had my 2010 RX 450h in today specifically for this - in and out service, I was at the dealer for 25 minutes.

Disabled chime for front driver, passenger and rear seats.

Just joined - this thread is sketchy, sorta bizarre.

Being a BMW and Porsche owner, and on those forums as well for some time now, I can safely say that there seems to be outliers on every forum. Some people need diapers, others need a gag, but the vast majority are here to probably gain insight and share ideas. This is an automobile forum -things should never get personal.
