  1. Well I read somewhere that you might have to touch it because the sensor "falls" asleep at times; and you might have to wake it up

    I "snooped" at this post and thank you for the pictures! I finally know where the sensor is, what it looks like and how it works (my doesn't). I am going to unplug the thing today!

  2. I read there is a sensitivity setting for the automatic wipers but I cannot locate it. Does someone know where it is and if it could be why the auto position does not activate the wipers?

    On the wiper control arm you should see the word 'AUTO' printed on a collar that rotates and aligned with four incrments from '-' to '+'. I leave mine set on the third setting from the '-' which makes it slightly more sensitive but not at maximum sensitive. Also, I have to move the level to the second position for the auto wiper feature to engage. Raising the level as far up it will go is off and the next position down is the automatic setting. The third is 'on' slow and the fourth 'on' fast.

    Thank you... I finally figured it out. Now I'm waiting for it to rain to see if it works!
