I have a 2002 LX 470 with 97,000 miles. Recently, I have been experiencing a vibration (for lack of a better description) both audiable and haptical when changing height positions (going both up and down). I have had my local dealer inspect the system, but they say nothing is wrong (even though they hear and feel the vibration). Any ideas? I really appreciate this forum and hope some of my peers can shed some light on this issue.
Peace,
JM
that's odd. I was thinking that it may be the clunk problem that some of us GX owners experience (my service rep told me that some LX470s have it also).
Only vibration I know is in the front driveline at speed of 65-75mph & around 1800-2300 rpm.
Thanks for the info. I don't think it is the driveline. Also, I probably should have mentioned that the vehicle is in Park when I notice the phenomenon. Furthermore, it is my belief that the vibration? is the result of two metal parts (possibly a joint, pivot point or hinge) rubbing together as the truck goes up and down.

Replacing Mark Levinson Speakers

Can anyone recommend speakers to replace the ML speakers mounted in the door panels? Also, has anyone installed a after market dvd in the dash's double din? If so, what did you use?
Thanks,
