Jim Howell Posted April 1, 2022 Posted April 1, 2022 The Lexus app for our 2022 RX350 was 'updated' yesterday without our permission of knowledge. The dealer informed us they were not made aware of it either until it was done. We do not care for the new app as it is not user friendly. We called Lexus Customer, and spoke with a very nice lady, who stated it can't be changed back to the original. Great car and great dealer but very bad corporate service which we won't forget.
