Trying to connect lexus enform.  I changed phones, I had it on my old phone.  I down loaded the Lexus app. My car is loaded but I cannot open remote connect.  I get a message "remote activation is pending"  After 5 days I called the sos button.  They stated that I am connected they sent me to the trouble shooting department.  They could not help me.  They stated that I needed to take my car into the dealership and have my car updated. Its a 2020 why do I need to visit a dealership.  Does this mean all 2020 and older cars need to be updated?  Or is the real reason they did not know what to do so they just tell people to visit the dealership when they are not trained in their jobs. 

Bottom line is Lexus Enform is not worth the money or time.

Enform, entune; whatever Toyota wants to call it. It's pretty dang awful.
