Ac system short cycling

I have a 2005 330 with 58000 miles on it. I noticed the ac fan is short cycling (see video link). Anyone has this issue or know what is wrong with it? Any suggestions would help. Thanks i took a vid of it to show what im talking about. https://streamable.com/vr1ksh
