Is there an app which provides traffic / weather info to '17 RX Nav (Gen 9)?

The "Lexus App Suite" used to pair with my '17 RX450h to provide real time traffic and weather info to the Nav.  Now, that's been deprecated and the Lexus app appears to not provide this info when paired.  I live in an area that doesn't have traffic info over FM radio and depended on this.  Are there other alternatives?

Either a dedicated satnav like TomTom or Garmin, or use your cell phone with Waze or Sygic for navigation. All of those are much better than the Lexus factory nav and much easier to use.
