1993 ES300 - broken button/switch

Hello,

We have a 93 ES300 that we recently became owners of and one of the switches on the dash is broken, missing the face. It's located next to the steering wheel, on the right hand side below the instrument cluster. What is it for? So I can order a replacement part.
