2005 Lexus RX330 Power Steering Leak (help identify part please)

2005 Lexus RX330 V6 AWD
Power steering is leaking.  When standing in front of the car, the right side near (driver side front wheel), there is what looks like a "cooler"(radiator type) of sort, which im guessing is the power steering cooler.  There is a fitting that looks like a Hex Bolt with a bung welded to it that curves 90degrees (that piece is rotted and leaking).  Not sure what this part, or this "cooler" is called.  Any help appreciated.
