2016 RX350 loud humming noise while driving, comes and goes

Hello,

I recently purchased a 2016 lexus RX350, and I been working with lexus to get to the buttom of a unusual issue, it is a humming noise that comes and goes a various speeds, I can reproduce issue by putting the car in drive, and while holding the brakes, I accelerate the car and the humming noise will appear and also causes a vibration inside around the cup holder area. Lexus changed front tires, spark plugs, air intake gaskets, muffler, motor mounts, and the issue still there. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Are you sure it's not caused by a bad wheel bearing?
