How to initiate my 90 day sirius XM subscription

I can't seem to find the instructions on how to initiate my 90 dat Sirius XM subscription. Any help would be appreciated.

I had just re-upped my subscription on my old Lexus (which I totaled). Thanks for the info - I got it all straightened out with Sirius!
