P0171 and Bucking at high RPM's-02 ES300

I have a CEL and the car is bucking wildly at higher RPMs...the code present in the ECM is P0171 system too lean bank 1.

 

Thoughts?

Do some research on your EGR Control solenoid it may be receiving to much O2 because it's not functioning properly.  Is there any other previous work you've done?
