Does front bumper reinforcement have wires inside

I have a 2011 RX450H and want to install eyebolts vertically through the aluminum box called Front Bumper Reinforcement (52131-48130). It's easy to get at from underneath, and my plan is to drill up through it. I think it has two reinforcing horizontal panels inside (parallel to the top and bottom, but I have a long drill bit. I'll be drilling on the right and the left, each about 6" outboard of the license plate. You can see a pictures of it here https://goo.gl/7Q9jpp. The pictures show holes at the ends, maybe for lights or whatever, and, I don't want to drill into a wire. My questions: 1) are there wires in the box? if yes, 2) Which channel, bottom-middle-top? 3) are the wires tied down, or loose? if tied down, 4) where am I likely to hit them, front-middle-back? THANKS
