RX350 Rough Idle

I purchased a CPO '12 Rx350, with 8K miles, and I notice the idle when stopped at a light seems to vibrate the vehicle, looked at the rpm and it sits just below 1000, if i put it into neutral rpm goes up to right about 1K and the vehicle is smooth and doesnt even feel as if its running, took it to the dealer and they its normal for it and all the specs are in range with the manufacturer.

Does anyone have some insight to this or experience this -  what was the outcome.
