gs300 blinking check engine light

So my check engine light started blinking and i have no idea what it could be since i dont know anything about cars but it feels like if my car doesnt have as much power as it should have i would push down on the pedal and it feels as if the car is struggling to push forward then it all of a sudden accelerates also when im stopped at a light i can feel the car shaking decided to take it to autozone to get the codes and i got p0430 and p0420

Code 0430 is the catalytic converter i would check 02 sensors
