DR.NN
With lot of excitement got a RX 2016, very nice and very pleased with the drive, BUT the driver seat comfort level is very poor. Took a 6 hour drive and got myself a sprained neck and back problem. Feels like my seat is small. I am only 5'7 yet feels like only half of my thigh is on the seat and the rest suspended in air causing tension and stiffness to my back. Three weeks now and I am starting to dislike the car. Feels like I did a wrong move getting this one. Will be going to the dealer to make decisions if I don't get a solution. What is the use of a luxury car when the driver is not comfortable sitting on the seat. Any options or any suggestions from anyone
ehc0720
I recently bought a 2015 RX F-Sport and have the same issue with the seat being short. It cuts into the back of my thighs and gets real painfull at about 2 hrs. I too have been thinking about flipping it. I did test ride an RX with the luxury pkge and the seat is better.
