xclsior
Hey guys, so i recently swapped my sc300 with a 1jz non vvti. The car is overheating after about 5-10m of sitting at idle. I am not sure what it is. I removed the thermostat to see if that was the issue but it still does it. The water pump is working, as i have circulation in the coolant and my heater does blow hot. Now i let it run a bit with the needle on hot and kept checking the hoses. The hose gets warm, and the water gets warm, but the hose doesnt stiffen up or anything. i can touch the block and head and its warm but it doesnt burn or anything. is there maybe something wrong with the coolant temp sensor? or some wiring difference that i needed to do?
