Japanese Import Audio Video Nav-eclipse Avn7702d

Need some info about Eclipse AVN 7702D System (audio video navigation system) that came installed with my car whcih has being imported from japan. The sytem is in japanese and I need to fing out how to change that language mode to english and also is it posible for the NTSC system for the TV to changed to PAL and also the band width could be increased from 90 MHz
