Mp3 Cd And Dvd

I got new Lexus LS430 model 2004 and i was wondering about the possbility of playing mp3's cds. Most of other brands has this feature playing mp3 without changing the player. I hope there is a way. Also, I was wondering if i can watch dvd movie on my screen. The other brans just do something i dont know what is it and the Ng. screen will be dvd player. any hint plzzzzzzzz
