Code P-0420

Hi, I am getting a P-0420 code (catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1), on my 01 LS 430. Replaced the drivers 02 sensor in bank one three months ago. Does anyone have an idea what might be wrong? Thanks, Dennis
