Text To Voice Stopped Working

When I first got my 2014 ES350 and my phone was connected via bluetooth, any time a text came in to my phone it would get translated to voice so I could hear it. It was a very convenient feature. Suddenly it stopped working. I checked the setup settings and there's one specifically for that feature and it's turned on.

Any ideas what else might be going on? Is there someing on my phone that has to be set too?
