92 Ls400 Dies After Warm Up. No Power To Injectors.

After about 10 minutes of running, down street or idling, I lose power to the injectors and the engine dies. Using a noid light, I find no power to the injectors while cranking to try to restart. Fuel pressure is fine and I have spark to plugs, just nothing at the injectors. Opened the ECC and it looks new, like it has been replaced, the caps look like a newer style than the ugly old leaking ones I have seen on other forums. Tried cooling it down with cold wet rags and air from a fan. Neither resulted in a quick restart. Only a 30 to 60 minute wait will allow a restart. Even tried running water over the crank sensor, no help.
