Is 300 M96 Carrier Differential On Ebay?

Hi there guys

I was just wondering, since this forum provides a link to IS parts on eBay, I was wondering if anyone actually purchased this item from eBay themselves for their own IS 300. I don't normally buy stuff online (I've been scammed before) but I found this item, I need a LSD for my IS 250, and it's within my budget but I was wondering if 1) this differential is a LSD and not an OEM open diff and 2) if it's actually in decent condition. If anyone could help out, that would be great. Thanks!
