Ls400 And 430 Air Struts Manufacturers Safety Data Sheet

i recently bought genuine front struts for both a 99' LS 400 and a 2002 LS430. these were supplied by a, i assumed Lexus spares dealer 'lexuspartsnow' i live on a tropical island in the south sea with no Lexus dealer here. these struts were to be shipped to us by TNT L/A. they have been there for 5 weeks now waiting to be shipped as there is no MSD sheet with them. i have tried the parts dealer, once they had my $6000 they were not interested, i tried wrongly named 'Lexus customer satisfaction, should be have useless in there as they are no help at all. told me they cannot help as dealer is not authorised.

please if anyone can help with this paper form post it or show me how to get it or send to 'david.giannelli@tnt.com' so i can get my and my wifes car going again.
