Steering Column Controls

Just bought a used ES 330, really sharp. Does anyone know what two buttons on the left of the steering column do? They are labeled "Mode" and "Reset" Sometimes a phone number appears on the radio screen, then "call now". Is this a bluetooth setting for cell phones?

Also, does anyone know where to download a free users manual for 2004 ES 330?

Its under "Gauges, Meters and Service Reminder Indicators " and appears to be a way to cycle through the various mpg and speed settings. No bluetooth that I can see.
