Olando Posted April 16, 2012 Share Posted April 16, 2012 My name is Olando, I have a 1992 Ls 400. My issue is the egr valve is blowing the vacum line off the egr vacume silinode each time I attempt to accelerate over 40 mph. I changed the silinode and the same thing occured. I am stuck not knowing if the egr valve needs to be replaced or the egr temperture sensor needs to be replaced. They both cost over $200.00 and I don't want to buy another part I might not need.
