1994 Lexus Sc400 Firing Problem

My 1994 SC400 had been sitting for a couple of years with some body damage. Ran well before I parked it. I have changed fluids and filters, new fuel pump, new plugs and wires, distibuter caps and rotary buttons. Now having a problem with all the wires not firing only firing on about 4 of them. Could it be a Timing issue or something else. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
